Sweet wines and food

Perfect couples and some funny triangles...
This was the result of the pairing session with sweet wines displayed at Gastronomía activa.
A wide range of colours, flavours and sensations:

- Moscat Masia Pairal Can Carreras 2006 with baked apple tartlet.
- Gewurztraminer Trimbach 2005 with foie gras micuit and Cyprus sat flakes.
- Tokaji Szamorodni 1996 with "recuit de drap de Fonteta" and sweet of quince.
- Oporto Cruz Tawny with chocolate Michel Cluizel, plantación Concepción, Venezuela.
- Pedro Ximenez Alvear with mixed dried fruit cake.
