From the Pyrenees to the Picos de Europa through some of the most magnificent mountain sceneries in Spain discovering the art of fermentation.



Eat, See, Do
Get ready for a real mountain adventure across the most beautiful landscapes Spain has to offer. The journey starts in the Catalan Pyrenees, in the Vall d'Aran, a beautiful valley with spectacular views and renowned gastronomy. From there, the road will take us to the Basque mountains, home to the world-famous Idiazabal cheese and some of the finest autochthonous recipes in the country. We'll end it with a blue cheeses´ feast at Picos de Europa while exploring its wild nature by every possible means.
